Widely known for preventing hair thinning and dandruff, flaxseed is used along with other natural ingredients and carrier oils, including avocado and coconut, to improve overall hair health. It is an excellent therapy for all hair types and textures, gentle enough for daily use and protective styling.

Wet your hair thoroughly, then work a moderate amount of the Co-Wash Cleanser into the hair and massage it gently into the hair and scalp. Don't shampoo too vigorously. For thicker, coarser hair textures that are prone to tangles, start at the roots and shampoo by gently rubbing your fingers through the hair to the ends, carefully loosening the tangles. Rinse hair thoroughly and repeat the process to ensure hair and scalp are clean and impurities have been washed away. For best results, carefully remove excess water from hair.
